Thomas has lived the housing ladder from shared flats to owning and hosting. He still self-manages rentals end to end — advertising, viewing, and the careful checks before anyone gets the keys.
He helps head tenants and owners find people who are a genuine fit — so they can protect their home, reduce time sitting on the market, and feel confident about who they’re letting in.

Hannah has been a flatmate, a homeowner with flatmates of her own, and an investor who stays close to every tenancy. She cares about the people side — the vibe of a house, and making sure new flatmates are a genuine fit.
