   Search with the details that matter

   Filter by city, weekly budget, room type, and when you can move. Open a listing and you will see the household, house rules, and whether bills are included.

2. 02

   Enquire without handing over your number

   Send a note through the listing. The household replies on the platform. Share a phone number later, once the conversation feels right.

3. 03

   View the room before any money changes hands

   Meet in person or on a video call. Never transfer a bond or first week’s rent to a stranger because a listing looked urgent.

4. 04

   If you have a spare room, publish it properly

   Write the listing, choose Standard, Featured, or Concierge full service, and pay with Stripe. That payment is the first filter against fake rooms. Concierge also covers Trade Me, Marketplace, and showings.
