The room

I have a Medium sized room to rent in my clean and tidy 3 Bedroom house. Rent Includes...POWER,FIBRE MAX UNLIMITED INTERNET,WATER,WASHING POWDER,CLEANING PRODUCTS,POO POO PAPER (Toilet Paper lol) THE ONLY EXTRA IS YOUR OWN FOOD! There are no sneaky hidden costs! Also includes full use of all appliances and the kitchen. Some places actually charge extra just to use the kitchen!! Yea unbelievable but thats how it is in some places nowadays which really suurprised me when i heard that! House is situated in a very quiet and safe street but is handily close to everything. Places like Westcity are like 3mins drive away and the bus stop is like about 5mins walk away. Plenty of off street parking and there is some storage space available in the secure locked garage. Theres a deep freezer in the garage if you like to buy bulk foods. I am a very laid back person who isnt actually home a great deal which means you would get the house to yourself a fair bit. I dont drink but dont mind if you do but please bear in mind this is not a party house,if you want somewhere peaceful and somewhere stress free with two trust worthy and respectful flatmates then this is the place for you. I am a 54 year old male who is an engineer by trade and is also a Volunteer Firefighter of 24 years. The other flatmate is 40yrs approx lol and works in the building industry who regulary can go out of town for work and can be gone for a week sometimes. Suit working person or student but would consider a couple. Short or longterm not a problem. If you smoke then thats ok but outside. Sorry but no dogs but will consider a cat since the flatmate has one. NOTE....There is no wardrobe in the room.

2 existing flatmates. Mature easy going flatmates who both work in the trades. We are both very laid back.
