The room

Sunny north facing double room with large sliding wardrobe and high ceilings. Sharing a large bathroom with only one other. House is fully setup including Washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Queen bed available. It is a lovely big, light-filled new (only 6 years old) townhouse. Share power and water bill (aprox $25per/week). House is: 2-5 Mins drive to Takanini Train Station, Takanini Gateway Shopping Centre and Silky Otter movie centre. 5 mins drive to Takanini Motorway Exit There are currently two flat mates. Both busy professionals. There is a small garden with a patio and we can't wait for summer to be able to open the lounge doors and enjoy summer BBQs. We are frequently visited by a handsome long haired tabby named 'sox' who loves pats and treats. If this sounds like you please get in touch with a bit about your self and we can organise a viewing.
